The “Guideline on the Chemistry, Manufacture and Control (CMC) of Prophylactic COVID-19 mRNA Vaccines (Current Version)" formulated by the Center for Drug Evaluation of the National Medical Products Administration was released on August 14, 2020. In order to strengthen international exchanges in the research and development of COVID-19 vaccines, CCFDIE, CDE, and industry experts has worked together to complete the English version of “Guideline on the Chemistry, Manufacture and Control (CMC) of Prophylactic COVID-19 mRNA Vaccines (Current Version)". The English version is now disclosed for reference of industry.
