The drug regulatory departments and drug control institutions at ports, Guangdong Branch of the General Administration of Customs, Tianjin and Shanghai special offices, and the customs directly under the General Administration of Customs:

　　Upon the approval of the State Council, it is agreed to add Shijiazhuang Airport as the port of entry for drug importation. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

　　I. As of the date of issuance of this Notice, except for the drugs specified in Article 10 of the Provisions for Drug Importation (hereinafter referred to as the Provisions), other imported traditional Chinese medicine (excluding Chinese crude drugs) and chemical drugs (including narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs) can be imported through Shijiazhuang Airport (customs code: 0410).

　　II. Add Shijiazhuang Administration for Market Regulation as the drug regulatory department at port. As of the date of promulgation of this Notice, the Shijiazhuang Administration for Market Regulation shall begin to perform duties of the drug regulatory department at port as prescribed in the Provisions.

　　III. Shijiazhuang Administration for Market Regulation shall use the "Seal for Record Filing of Drug Importation by Shijiazhuang Administration of Market Regulation" when handling the record filing of drug importation. See the seal pattern in the Annex.

　　IV. Shijiazhuang Administration for Market Regulation and Hebei Institute for Drug and Medical Device Control shall establish the working relationship of record filing and port testing of drug importation. As of the date of issuance of this Notice, Hebei Institute for Drug and Medical Device Control begins to undertake the work of drug port testing at Shijiazhuang Airport.
