Nov 5th to 6th, Zhao Junning, member of the Party Group and deputy commissioner of the National Medical Products Administration, led a delegation to attend the 7th China International Import Expo.

　　Zhao Junning attended the opening ceremony of the CIIE and delivered a speech at the parallel session jointly hosted by the National Medical Products Administration and the Hongqiao Forum Secretariat on "Global Drug Safety Governance and Chinese Drug Regulation Innovation" of the 7th Hongqiao International Economic Forum. Zhao Junning stated that the National Medical Products Administration has always taken protecting and promoting public health as its mission, focusing on building a globally competitive pharmaceutical innovation ecosystem, and accelerating the pace of innovative drugs and medical devices being launched. Pharmaceutical companies from all countries are welcomed to bring their best products into China’s open, inclusive, and dynamic market.

　　International guests, industry association leaders, global CEOs of multinational pharmaceutical corporations, and heads of relevant organizations and affiliated institutions of the National Medical Products Administration attended the parallel session and gave presentations on specific topics.
