In order to fully implement the Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Promoting the Inheritance, Innovation and Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine, further strengthen the administration of TCM standards, establish a TCM standard administration system that conforms to the characteristics of TCMs, and promote the high-quality development of the TCM industry, in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, rules and normative documents, the NMPA has organized the formulation of the Special Provisions on the Administration of Standards for Traditional Chinese Medicines, which is hereby issued and will come into force on January 01, 2025.
It is hereby announced.
