In order to standardize the technical review of cosmetics administrative license extension, and ensure the openness, fairness and justness of cosmetics administrative licensing, the State Food and Drug Administration formulated the Key Points of Technical Review for Cosmetics Administrative License Extension in accordance with the Regulations Concerning the Hygiene Supervision Over Cosmetics and the rules for the implementation of the Regulations. The Key Points, which consists of 25 articles, was issued on April 28, 2011 and went into effect as of the date of promulgation.
