NMPA Announcement on Issuing the Classification Rules and Classification Catalogue of Cosmetics

In order to fully implement the Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics and standardize and guide the classification of cosmetics, the NMPA has formulated the Classification Rules and Classification Catalogue of Cosmetics, which was issued on April 8 and shall take effect as of May 1, 2021.
