In order to fully implement the Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics and standardize and guide the evaluation of efficacy claims of cosmetics, the NMPA has organized to formulate the Standard for the Evaluation of Efficacy Claims of Cosmetics, which was issued on April 8 and shall take effect as of May 1, 2021.
